Membership Details

$90 per month

The Stylaholic Membership includes:

• Two (2) Blowout Services per month
• One (1) complimentary DoubleShot Treatment add-on per month
• 10% off eligible retail products purchased in-shop
• Bestie Blowout privilege — use one of your available Blowout credits to treat a friend when you visit together
• One (1) complimentary Anniversary Surprise each membership year

Gratuities are not included in the monthly membership fee.

1. Stylaholic Membership

The Stylaholic Membership (“Stylaholic” or “Membership”) is a recurring membership program offered by Stylingbar (“Stylingbar,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Membership Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute an agreement between Stylingbar and each customer participating in Stylaholic (“Member” or “you”).

By enrolling in Stylaholic, Member acknowledges that Member has read, understands, and agrees to these Terms & Conditions and authorizes the recurring charges described below.

2. Initial Membership Term & Automatic Renewal

THE INITIAL MEMBERSHIP TERM IS THREE (3) PAID MONTHS.

By enrolling in Stylaholic, Member agrees to maintain and pay for the Membership for a minimum of three (3) consecutive monthly billing periods (“Initial Membership Term”).

FOLLOWING THE INITIAL MEMBERSHIP TERM, MEMBERSHIP AUTOMATICALLY RENEWS ON A MONTH-TO-MONTH BASIS (EACH MONTH A “RENEWAL TERM”), UNLESS CANCELLED, TERMINATED, OR SUSPENDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE TERMS.

Membership fees are automatically charged to the credit card or other authorized payment method on file on the 1st day of each month.

Member authorizes Stylingbar to automatically charge the applicable monthly Membership fee until the Membership is cancelled or otherwise terminated in accordance with these Terms.

Except as otherwise required by applicable law, Member may not cancel the Membership during the Initial Membership Term.

3. Membership Fee & Recurring Payment Authorization

The current Stylaholic Membership fee is $90 per month, plus any applicable taxes.

By enrolling, Member expressly authorizes Stylingbar to automatically charge the Membership fee to Member’s authorized payment method each month.

Member is responsible for maintaining a valid payment method on file.

If a payment is declined or otherwise fails to process, Stylingbar will notify Member. Member will have ten (10) calendar days from the original declined payment date to provide a valid payment method and bring the account current.

A $15 late fee may be assessed if payment remains outstanding after ten (10) calendar days.

If Member’s account becomes more than thirty (30) calendar days past due, Stylingbar may suspend or deactivate the Membership and Membership benefits until the outstanding balance has been paid.

Membership fees already paid are non-refundable except where otherwise required by law.

4. Monthly Membership Benefits

Each active Membership includes two (2) Blowout Services per monthly Membership period.

Membership Blowout credits are applied to the Member’s account after successful processing of the applicable monthly Membership payment.

Membership benefits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, refunds, account credits, gift cards, or other compensation.

Membership services are subject to appointment availability and Stylingbar’s regular booking, cancellation, late-arrival, and no-show policies.

5. Rollover Blowout Credits

Unused Membership Blowout credits roll over from month to month and do not expire while the Membership remains active.

If Membership is cancelled or terminated, any accumulated unused Blowout credits must be redeemed within sixty (60) calendar days following the effective cancellation or termination date.

Any unused Blowout credits remaining after the sixty (60)-day redemption period will expire and have no cash or refund value.

Except for the Bestie Blowout privilege described below, Membership Blowout credits are non-transferable.

6. Complimentary DoubleShot Treatment

Member receives one (1) complimentary DoubleShot Treatment add-on per monthly Membership period.

The complimentary DoubleShot Treatment is an add-on service and must be used in connection with an eligible Stylingbar service.

Complimentary DoubleShot Treatments do not roll over or accumulate and must be used within thirty (30) days of being issued. Unused DoubleShot Treatments expire at the end of the applicable period and have no cash or refund value.

7. Bestie Blowout

Stylaholic Members may use one (1) of their available Membership Blowout credits to treat a friend (“Bestie”) to a Blowout Service.

The Member and Bestie must be present at Stylingbar for the same visit.

The Bestie Blowout does not constitute an additional complimentary Blowout credit. One (1) available Blowout credit will be deducted from Member’s account when the Bestie Blowout is redeemed.

Except for this Bestie Blowout privilege, Membership Blowout credits may not be transferred, gifted, sold, exchanged, or otherwise used by another person.

8. Product Discount

Active Stylaholic Members receive 10% off eligible retail products purchased in-shop at Stylingbar.

The Membership product discount is for the Member’s personal use and is non-transferable.

Unless otherwise expressly stated by Stylingbar, Membership discounts may not be combined with other discounts, promotional offers, coupons, or special pricing.

Certain products, promotional merchandise, packages, gift cards, or other items may be excluded from the Membership discount at Stylingbar’s discretion.

9. Anniversary Surprise

An active Member is eligible to receive one (1) complimentary Anniversary Surprise for each completed Membership year.

The Anniversary Surprise is determined by Stylingbar and may vary from year to year. It has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunds, or account credit.

Member must have an active Membership and an account in good standing at the time the Anniversary Surprise is issued.

10. Cancellation After Initial Membership Term

Following completion of the Initial Membership Term of three (3) paid months, Member may cancel the Membership by providing Stylingbar with written notice at least fifteen (15) calendar days before the next scheduled billing date.

Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to: service@stylingbar.com

The cancellation request should include Member’s:

• Full name
• Phone number
• Email address associated with the Membership

Stylingbar will send Member an email confirming receipt and processing of the cancellation request.

If a cancellation request is received fewer than fifteen (15) calendar days before the next billing date, the upcoming monthly Membership charge may still be processed, and cancellation will become effective following that billing period.

Cancellation requests made during the Initial Membership Term do not relieve Member of the obligation to pay the three (3) monthly Membership payments required under the Initial Membership Term, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

11. Benefits Following Cancellation

Following the effective cancellation of Membership, Member will have sixty (60) calendar days to redeem any accumulated unused Membership Blowout credits.

After sixty (60) calendar days, all remaining Blowout credits expire and have no cash or refund value.

Monthly benefits that do not roll over, including complimentary DoubleShot Treatments, remain subject to their original expiration dates and are not extended as a result of cancellation.

Membership product discounts and other active-Member privileges end when Membership cancellation becomes effective.

12. Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in the monthly Membership fee or Membership Blowout credits.

Members may provide gratuities directly to their service provider at their discretion.

13. Non-Transferability & Member Identification

Except for the Bestie Blowout privilege expressly described in these Terms, Stylaholic Membership and its benefits are personal to Member and may not be transferred, shared, sold, exchanged, or assigned to another person.

Stylingbar may request Member’s name and appropriate identification before providing Membership services, benefits, or discounts.

Unauthorized transfer, sale, duplication, or misuse of Membership benefits may result in suspension or termination of Membership.

14. Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows

Membership does not guarantee appointment availability.

All appointments made using Membership benefits remain subject to Stylingbar’s regular appointment cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, and no-show policies in effect at the time of the appointment.

A Membership Blowout credit may be forfeited or other applicable charges may be assessed when an appointment is cancelled late or Member fails to appear, in accordance with Stylingbar’s applicable appointment policies.

15. Changes to Membership

Stylingbar reserves the right to modify the Stylaholic Membership program, including Membership benefits, services, eligibility requirements, or future Membership pricing.

When reasonably practicable and where required by applicable law, Stylingbar will provide advance notice of material changes affecting an active Member’s recurring Membership.

Changes to Membership pricing will not retroactively affect Membership fees already paid.

Continued participation in Stylaholic after an effective change constitutes acceptance of the revised Membership Terms & Conditions, subject to applicable law.

16. Termination or Suspension by Stylingbar

Stylingbar reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Membership for nonpayment, fraudulent activity, unauthorized transfer or misuse of Membership benefits, abusive or inappropriate conduct, violation of these Terms, or other legitimate business reasons.

If Stylingbar permanently discontinues the Stylaholic Membership program for reasons unrelated to Member’s conduct, Stylingbar will provide reasonable arrangements for Member to redeem eligible accumulated Blowout credits or otherwise address those credits as required by applicable law.

17. Member Acknowledgment & Recurring Payment Authorization

By enrolling in the Stylaholic Membership, Member acknowledges and agrees that:

• I understand that the Initial Membership Term is three (3) paid months.
• I understand that after the Initial Membership Term, my Membership automatically renews each month until cancelled, terminated, or suspended in accordance with these Terms.
• I authorize Stylingbar to automatically charge my authorized payment method the applicable monthly Membership fee on the 1st day of each month.
• I understand that after completing the Initial Membership Term, I must provide written cancellation notice at least fifteen (15) calendar days before my next scheduled billing date to avoid the next monthly Membership charge.
• I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the Stylaholic Membership Terms & Conditions.
